- This is the Anxiety Diary
A series based on my very real fears. - I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety-related migraines. As a way to find some relief from these ailments, and to prevent them and understand them better I have started keeping stream-of-consciousness diary entries. They tend to ramble for three or four pages and often lack any kind of focus, but they are inspiring artistically. I often list certain fears, both founded and unfounded, as immediate sources for my headaches.
I hope that these images will offer some consolation to other folks out there who are terrified of everything, and also serve as some sort of catharsis for me. In the meantime I will enjoy the sense of humor i'm developing as a coping mechanism!
